§ 6 Terms of Participation in Workshops
As part of Dealmakers Summit, the Organizer offers two types of workshops:
paid workshops hosted directly by the Organizer;
partner workshops hosted in terms of professional content by a dedicated Partner.
Participation in paid workshops requires purchasing a separate admission ticket. Seats are strictly limited, and participation is determined solely by the order of purchase.
Only holders of GENERAL tickets (limit: 1 workshop per Participant) and VIP tickets (limit: 2 workshops per Participant, with priority registration) are entitled to submit participation requests for partner workshops.
Due to the specialized nature of partner workshops and the limited number of seats, selection of final participants is based on matching the target group profile with the session topic, executed by the hosting Partner. When allocating seats, information provided by the Participant in the Event App will be taken into account, specifically their business sector, industry, and specialization. The aim of this mechanism is to guarantee the highest level of expertise and ensure that the workshop is attended by individuals whose business profile aligns closest with its topic.
Submitting interest in a complimentary workshop amounts to voluntary consent to share the Participant's personal data (first name, last name, email address, company name, job title) with the Partner hosting the workshop. The Participant acknowledges that the Partner becomes an independent controller of such data and may process it both to organize and conduct the workshop, as well as for its legitimate business purposes, including establishing commercial relations, follow-up activities, and direct marketing of its services.
Registration for paid workshops and submission of interest in partner workshops takes place exclusively via the Event App.
§ 7 Event Application
To support the Event, the Organizer provides Participants with a dedicated mobile Application. The App is available for download through official stores: Google Play (for Android devices) and AppStore (for iOS devices).

Operating under a license from its provider, the Organizer authorizes Participants to use the Application (by sub-license) strictly for the duration of the Conference and solely for purposes relating to participation in the Event. Participants are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, decompiling, or sharing the App with third parties.
A fully functioning mobile device with internet access and an updated operating system is required for the App to work properly.
The Organizer, in cooperation with the software provider, delivers technical support and makes every effort to ensure the continuous operation of the App and resolve any reported errors without undue delay. However, due to the specific nature of IT systems, the Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or a fixed recovery time, and shall not be held liable for temporary downtime, nor for technical issues on the part of the software provider, the Participant's device, telecommunications operators, or resulting from force majeure.

Examples of force majeure include but are not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, state authority acts (including states of emergency), national strikes, and civil unrest.
